I contracted with Northwest Roof Maintenance to get a leak repaired. During the assessment they examined the entire roof, skylights, and gutters and provided me with a list of all issues they discover with detailed pictures. Enrique and Camden did a great job completing the roof repair. They thoroughly cleaned and removed all of debris. They were professional and friendly. Kyle returned the next day to finish improperly installed ( by another contractor) gutter screens. He patiently explained what was done wrong and consequences of improper installation. He fixed the gutters efficiently and cleanly. He exhibited great customer service, professionalism, and courtesy. Thank you, gentlemen! I had used NW Roof Maintenance early last year to come clean and inspect the roof of my newly purchased older home. They did a great job of taking care of it and letting me know the condition and an idea of when to expect to replace it. Recently I had a tree sized branch from a huge maple tree break off and fall on my roof. I again called on the NW Roof team. They sent Jacob and Alex to my home to make the repairs. They were right on time, took care of the damage, clearly explained the work they had done and asked to see if I had any questions. Not only were they professional, but friendly and personable. I hope I don't need them again... until it's time to replace the roof! But if I do I will gladly call on NW Roof Maintenance and their team and will recommend them to everyone! ~ patti w

Matt, came out to my home the day after the crazy Christmas Day storm. Heavy rain and strong winds had distributed the patch job that was done last week to stop the leaking roof. Matt was so professional, kind and personable. Before he left he checked in with me and ask more questions about the leak and after getting more info and after seeing a picture of the reason of why the roof was leaking he decided to go back up on the roof and lay down an additional trap so that we both would feel more comfortable that the patch would hold for the next 2 weeks. I really appreciate his professionalism, compassion and pride that you took in his responsibility and work. I highly recommend requesting Matt when you need attention to your roof. Tile roofs are REALLY tricky, if you don't know what you are doing...like ME! I have a 35 year old concrete tile roof that was in need of some love. Not just cleaning the moss, but a number of things that required removing runs of tile, replacement of underlayment and the complete rebuilding of the cricket above the chimney. Tricky stuff. Though Home Advisor tried their best to refer me to someone other than NW Roof "Because they were REALLY busy", I had done my research and was set on using them. No wonder they are busy...it is because they are simply the best. They were here when they said they would be. They were finished when they said they would finish, and everything was completed as promised! DON'T take your tile roof to anyone else!! Northwest Roof. ~ David H

Excellent work! I am very pleased with the work Jacob and Dravyn did. They arrived on schedule. They were polite and answered all my questions. They had the right equipment to do the job. They did the job exactly as planned. They cleaned up when they were done and left everything looking excellent. I will use this company again and I recommend them. UPDATE: Excellent work! Second time. It is about 2 years later and time to have the roof soft washed again. Jake and Anthony did the job this time. Again I am very pleased with the job. They were on schedule, they are polite, they listened to my concerns, they had the right equipment to do the job and they were well organized. We had them do moss removal and treatment on our roof in 2019. After a recent ice storm (Dec 2022) we noticed a spot of water damage on our ceiling's sheetrock. We are so very happy with their professionalism and diligence. Each time the technicians explained thoroughly what they were going to do and why. As always, we had lots of questions and they answered each and every one of them. With our past experiences as homeowners for over 45 years, which has included new construction and extensive remodeling, we recognize a reputable company and Northwest Roof Maintenance is one of them! I live in the West end of the Columbia River Gorge. With the recent high winds a concrete ridge cap blew off my roof. NW Roof Maintenance quickly responded to my request to inspect damages and recommend repairs. The assessment made by Rubin, NW Roof's inspector, was clear and concise and he walked me through needed repairs, some of which he said were covered under warranty. His honestly was comforting. Rubin provided a quote before he left. A few days later Kaleb from NW Roof Maintenance made the repairs. Kaleb was also very professional and courtesy and took photos of his work. He walked me the photos comparing the repairs he made to Rubin's quote. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and highly recommend NW Roof Maintenance. ~ Ken V

Not only were the on time, they were early! Jacob and Tanner did a great job on our roof and saved us $100 by pointing out that they only needed to install three rather than five permanent safety anchors (Washington law required now) due to the difference in pitch in the garage roof. They also tested and were able to use the roof caps we had saved from the original roof installation 20 years ago, saving us we don't know how much more. They also installed a lifetime-warranteed vent cover to replace a cracked one which, though expensive, could have cost us a lot more in the long run. They showed us what areas to watch in the future. Needless to say, we were impressed, both with the company as well as Jacob and Tanner. ~ Paul W

I have used Northwest Roof Maintenance probably seven or eight times over the past eight years on our concrete tile roof that is about thirty years old. They have always done a good job and the one time something was a little bit off, they fixed it promptly. Our most recent service was to fix a leak that had started in our attic. While up there, Reuben noticed another leak starting to develop and showed it to me. We went ahead and scheduled NW to fix both leaks. Yesterday, NW was out to fix those leaks and Tanner, Erik and Diego arrived on time, completed the job in one day and went above and beyond the scope of work (without charge) when they noticed extending a new underlayment a couple extra feet would have a better long-term success rate. I will definitely continue using Northwest. ~ Nicholas M

NW Roof Maintenence came out in October for our roof repair. We found out the hard way they're the only company we can trust to care for our tile roof. (We had previously gone with another company the year prior trying to save a few bucks, and they had broken numerous tiles while they were up there and never said a word.) After that bad experience with the other company, Reuben at NW Roof Maintenence quoted the repair, and Angelo did the work. This was a challenge since no one carries our tile anymore, so larger tiles had to be hand cut. Both were very polite, dependable, and professional. Angelo's work was exceptional! We're only using NW Roof Maintenence from now on! ~ Laura S

Northwest Roof Maintenance has cared for our roof for the past 3 years. They did the annual maintenence as well as replacing shingles from storm damage. We trusted them to do our roof replacement. They provided a quote with a couple options to choose from with no pressure. They answered our questions and clearly communicated the next steps for payments and scheduling. The roofers were Pablo, Miguel, Marlin and Matt. They were professional, respectful and did a great job communicating the timeliness and the plans for the next day. They cleaned up around the house and neighbors for any debris. We watched them walk the driveway to ensure they didn't miss any nails. Highly recommend! ~ Maria J

Northwest Roof Maintenance did roof cleaning and attic venting work for me this past week. I really appreciate Reuben's work getting me a fair estimate in a timely manner. And I appreciated Camden, Joey, Pablo, and Tanner doing the work professionally and leaving my home and yard cleaned up after the work. They were easy to work with and I am happy with the work. Update (Dec 2025)--still five stars I had NW Roof Maintenance out for moss cleaning and gutter work. As always, they showed up on time and did a great job. Tanner and Diego did an absolutely outstanding job cleaning our gutters and repairing our roof. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and made sure every detail was taken care of. My experience with Northwest Roof Maintenance has been excellent. I’ve used their services twice now. The first time was last September when they corrected issues with my original roof installation. They added venting to the roof ridges, which now allows hot air to escape and prevents it from accumulating in my attic. I worked with Micah, Jacob, Elliot, and Sean A.—all of whom were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in answering my questions. The second time was in March when Shawn M. cleaned the roof debris and applied a moss treatment. After finishing the roof, he went above and beyond by clearing all the debris from the ground—a significant task given the size of my property. He was professional, kind, and did an outstanding job. A big thank you to NW Roofers for completing the replacement of our roof within just two days! Isaac, Pablo, Ryan, Gabe, and Marlon were all incredibly polite and professional. They arrived promptly at 7 a.m. on Tuesday and had the new roof finished by 4 p.m. on Wednesday. The team efficiently removed the old roof, prepared the surface, replaced rotted boards, and installed a new Malarkey Secured Start synthetic underlayment system, Arctic Shield ice/water protection, and a venting system that the original builder had neglected. They also took care of pipe flashing and various other tasks. In addition, the crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up our yard and driveway, leaving no loose nails behind. We called Northwest Roof Maintenance to repair a small leak. They responded warmly and efficiently, scheduling us before the next rain. Our repairman arrived exactly on time, in uniform, and was polite and professional. The repair was done quickly. They also treated our roof for moss. We had anticipated a huge expense this year to replace our roof, but Northwest Roof helped us extend the life of our roof, and the cost was very reasonable.They communicated everything, answered all my questions, provided a written estimate, and there were no surprises in our bill. I used NW Roof Maintenance for some minor shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and moss treatment. I am very pleased with the service I received from Micah (initial service) and Nick (follow-up service), as well as from the office personnel. They were timely and professional and provided transparent and fair pricing for the services they recommended. I chose to do a subset of the services they recommended and there was zero pressure to do the other services I chose to postpone. After a month I took them up on their offer to re-treat a section of the roof that still had some moss and they came out to treat it again at no charge and hassle-free. Highly recommend. ~ Patrick T

Jacob, Alex, Sean and Jake did a great job repairing a leak and then cleaning my entire tile roof. The leak has been an periodic issue for more than 12 years. Northwest took the valley apart down to the sheathing, covered the exposed OSB with a self-healing membrane and then put the whole valley back together again. While part of the crew was doing that, the others were broom cleaning the roof tiles, much better than blasting away at (and eroding) the tile. They then sprayed the whole roof with sodium hypochlorite to supress moss growth for months to come and cleaned the gutters. Cleanup was well done and in accordance with what they said they would do. Our only suggestion is, if you have specific plants such as in pots on a deck or in a planter area that you want to protect from roof debris, consider covering them on your own before the work starts. ~ Gerald P

Great experience!! David and Tanner just wrapped up a two day concrete tile roof cleaning/treatment for me, with a lot of anti-ponding repair and a skylight replacement. The guys were extremely friendly, polite and helped in my understanding of the process all the way through. Also much appreciated is the care they took to clean up afterwards and to thoroughly check (visually and with a big ol' magnet) for any debris or metal that may have fallen into the yard. Micah did the quote/inspection and had it all laid out for me. It's a 30 year old tile roof, and they were cognizant of the care needed to maintain it's remaining life. The pricing was quite reasonable, and it really helps that they perform the free detailed quotes for all of that upfront. There were no surprises. I'll definitely be looking to these guys again in the future. ~ Jeff F

Northwest Roof Maintenance was great! Through the whole process they were all professional and courteous. I called and spoke to Christian about getting someone out to take a look at my roof. I had a lot of moss to remove and a concern about a possible leak around the chimney. The inspection by Caleb was thorough, and I received my report and work estimate the very same day. They even included pictures of my roof! They were able to put me on the schedule two days after the inspection, and the work was done in four to five hours by Camden, Alex, Ryan, and David. They did a great job. The roof is so nice and clean! I will definitely be using this company again. ~ Denise H

Northwest Roof Maintenance was recommended to us by the folks that wholesale roofing materials. I actually used them in 2017 for another roof issue that was fixed in 2 hours! This time the roof leaked, so I again called them to get a quote. They showed up on time, and went right to work. I mentioned I needed pictures to document the roof plywood and where the leak had most likely occurred. “No problem” was the answer! Amazingly, it did NOT rain during the repair, (and for the current week) so time will tell if all is good ☺ They were working throughout the day, breaking only for lunch. At days end, they mentioned needing to come back the next day to wrap-up. They did an excellent job cleaning up when they were done. I am so grateful for the work done by Northwest Roof Maintenance. I called several roofing companies to get bids to fix an issue with the roof that needed to be addressed prior to selling our home. One told me it wasn’t worth their time to do small repairs and they only replaced the whole roof. They didn’t even want my contact info. The other said they would only come out and do a bid if my husband was present. It was like a time warp. The last said they maaaay be able to get back to me in a couple of months. FINALLY I got in touch with Northwest Roof. Thank goodness! The office staff was efficient and friendly. She asked me to email over the info from the inspection so the consultant had a clear idea of what to do. I got a bid the next day and the work was done in about a week (maybe less). There was one nail pop on the gutter that was missed, but I called and the tech came right back and took care of it. I wish I’d called them first! ~ Perla H

My only purpose in writing this review for Northwest Roofing Maintenance is to commend the work of the roofers, Tanner and Diego, who repaired some leaks on my home. Besides working very hard to get the repairs done in a timely manner, Tanner and Diego were both professional and courteous from the start of this project to its finish. The work required removing tiles and damaged roofing material. They did this work effectively and cleaned up the surrounding area completely when the work was done. Additionally, Tanner was very patient and instructive in answering my questions about this project and about tile roofs in general. ~ Robert T

NW Roof Maintenance dispatched 3 professional workers to address the items included in the estimate prepared by Ruben. Two ( Josh F. & Eric) cleared the roof, roof valleys and skylights of debris, cleaned and treated the roof, and cleared the roof gutters of accumulated debris & leaves. They cleaned up the area around our house, removing the 'blow off' the gutters and roof. The 3rd worker, also named Josh, arrived the following day and replaced 2 broken tiles in/near one of the valleys. All of them did a great job for us, took pride in their work and were good representatives of their Company. Yes, we'd hire them again! ~ Jakk B
